How To Deal With Anger Management?
After time a build up of excessive negative or rude remarks cause me to get upset. I do not hurt anyone but the tone of my voice will unintentionally scare someone. Is there any simple way to learn a level of control to move on with my life?

Count to ten…punch the wall while alone….dive in the icy ocean…punch yourself with a boxing glove..listen to heavy metal….bite the bullet..and so much more….Repeat in two minutes …if it did not work the first time. Good luck.
I kickbox and that gets rid of all of my stress.
