How To Deal With Low Self Esteem And Self Image?
Hi all, i’m the partner of a beautiful, very smart and VERY talented girl who has ZILCH self esteem. How can i be helpful? Whats the best way for me to support her?

She needs to realize that she is really good at something.
In order to get there, someone must tell her first.
Find something significant she does really well, whose value she also sees, and admire her for it, express it verbally, and sincerely.
My partner used to be like that. As her English improved, and she was getting real approval in the workplace, her self-esteem sky-rocketed to the point where she is now sometimes the one who brings me back up.
Be sincere in telling her how great she is, beautiful, funny, adorable etc, I’m sure if she is attractive your friends might hit on her, hell take her to a public place and see what happens, I’m sure her self esteem will be boosted!
