it’s very easy.turn them towards some creative activity.start a new topic of conversation before them. don’t solve the problem directly. turn their attention towards a different thing. involve them in a new conversation.
they’ll forget the cause of their anger and will get busy in the newly started topic .

quite often, undiagnosed food allergies cause rage in children. Consider allergy testing, or keep a food journal to see what foods bring on cases of anger. Usually wheat, soy, eggs and dairy allergies are common in young children, and often go undiagnosed for years, causing major problems

Unfortunately, kids that young aren’t angry, just spoiled. Be firm, and show them whos boss. Smack them if they get out of hand. there’s a difference between child discipline and abuse.
