How To Get Energy Or Motivation To Work Out?

I just am always too tired and cant bring myself to actually start working out. What are some ways i can improve my energy or motivation for working out and help get me on the right track?

I agree with Sindor. I think that music can be a really good motivator. I’ve actually heard of SkinnySongs too from the Martha Stewart show.If you listen to music geared toward weight loss, then you will be constantly reminded of your weight loss goal, and hopefully can help you fight the temptation for that extra cookie. I know how you feel — it all depends on what works best for you, so try a few different things until you find what works best. Even though it sounds painful, I usually like to work out first thing in the (early) morning. That way, I’m completely done by the time I go to work, and I don’t have to worry about it looming over my head the rest of the day. Having everything ready helps, too, so it’s staring you in the face and you can’t ignore it! Part of it just takes the guts to get up and go, and not let yourself say things like, “I’ll do it tomorrow” or “I’m too tired.” Listen to your body, and push it when you can.
