How To Get Motivation To Wake Up And Exercise?

This has nothing to do with me being fat or lazy. I work 65 hours a week and weight 140 at 5’6. I often go to the gym after work at 6:00 – but it is sooooo god damn busy. I find myself waiting for machines. I need to start getting up early, but with going to bed late from work. It is tough. How do I get the motivation and ways to get up early to exercise. HELP.!?

You could try one of those special sun lamp alarm clocks that slowly fill the room with artificial daylight, or leave the curtains open in the summer and let the sunlight in. Oh trick your body into thinking its later by setting your alarm clock an hour before all the other clocks in the house, thats what I do, Oh and I also have the Rocky theme tune set on my alarm clock, works wonders on a lazy boy like me! Get motivated like Rock!
