I have five hamsters,

Just don’t feed them to much.

basically, this is the “stuff.”
To look after a hamster all you really need to do is make sure there is plenty of fresh dry food everyday and only fruit and veg twice a week especially stuff like lettuce because it has too watery and could lead to wet tail, change the water bottle at least every two days.
Make sure he has a wheel to run on, and if the wheel squeaks put a little bit of Vaseline on the bit that makes the wheel spin.
Try not to make loud, sudden noises, as this would scare the hamster and could stress him out too much.
Make sure there is enough bedding in the winter, and for fireworks night it would be a good idea to put more bedding in because he will feel much safer.
Try not to use sawdust because this can irritate the hamsters eyes. Don’t punish the him if he bights you because, he will become scared of you and next time bite you harder.
In the summer you will need to clean out the cage more often, because the hamster will sweat and it’ll smell more.
Try to play with your hamster as much as possible, because he will learn to trust you more and will be less shy. The most important rule is probably don’t let your hamster get cold, he can hibernate if in temperatures lower than -5 and it is very hard to tell if they’re dead or not, so don’t put him somewhere where cold wind can get to him.
Hamster tips:
1)Hamsters absolutley LOVE playing with tissues ^^
2)Hamsters who live alone need more attention
3)Hamsters from different litters should not be mixed together
4)Most hamsters love cheese (only one of my hamsters doesn’t like cheese, milk…)
5)Hamsters love broccoli
6)Hamsters love walnuts, you can buy them from Tescos
7)If your hamster’s eyes become red, irritated or gunky wipe them gently everyday with a wet cotton bud, give the hamster some food to keep him still first. it’s alot easier
8)Hamsters love playing with empty loo rolls, it also fgives them a chance to dig so their nails won’t grow too long.
9)Most hamsters love yoghurt, milk, don’t be worried if he doesn’t like them, just get him some strawberry yoghurt drops from pets and home, and let him try them, if they don’t drink normal milk, they might like chocolate milk
10) Buy the same type of hamster food everytime. for example if you are currently buying ‘Harry’s Hammy Food’ continue buying the same type or your hamster will not eat the new brand.
These are some of the snacks that they like:
1. broccoli
2. cauliflower
3. thin slices of carrot
4. chocolate – not caramel or toffee,
5. yoghurt – only small amounts of dairy
6. milk and chocolate milk- 4 out of 5 of my hamsters love it,
7. coco-pops ^^
8. cheese
9. strawberries, apples and all fruit*
10. cabbage
11. unsalted peanuts!!
12. the black and white seeds, i can’t remember what they’re called though.
13. green giant canned sweetcorn
14. dried fruit
15. hamster biscuits
16. unsalted (plain) popcorn and hamster pop corn
17. honey/strawberry yoghurt drops.
18. small slices of fresh cucumber
Note*
Don’t feed hamsters oranges, they are too acidic for little hammies.
Only feed them fruit and veg 1-5 times weekly in small amounts as a treat or little snack because they contain quite alot of liquid and too much isn’t good for them
Don’t feed hamsters toffee or caramel chocolate because their little jaws will get stuck together.
Don’t feed them anything salty.
Don’t feed them too much sugary food because hamsters can actually get diabetic.
Names*
1. Nacho
2. Nugget
3. Cinnamon
4. Peanut
But it really depends on the colour.
Hope this helps alot
-Good luck.
for names i think Carmel and cookie
to keep them happy you should buy a wheel and T.P tubes or Plastic tubes they like to play in tubes i have had 2 hamsters before and they liked to run in a ball on the floor mine loved to do that for treats you should give them sunflower seeds or bred i have found that they like that they like that and they also like broccoli and lattice pine really any type of bedding works for dwarf hamsters water bottles work MUCH better then bowls i learned that because mine would always put bedding in their water
my hamster loved shoebox houses we made him
toss a small cloth over them-they love finding ways out
give them a few sunflower seeds, saltine or ritz crackers,NO ICEBURG LETTUCE,any nuts really, blueberries, strawberries, apples,b… a spec of cheddar cheese a month are things my hamster loves
well obviosly feed them and give them water and put a lot of tunnels and wheels in their cage p.s. you can also put toilet paper rolls in the cage they love to play with those
Hampsters love tunnels. Also feed them lot of fresh veges everyday.
Name them Fluffy or Angel! Take care of them like you do other hamsters but the two hamsters can live together!
name it minney and ge ki
Description
Approximately 10-12cm in length when full grown. They have round, plump little bodies, small ears, large eyes, tiny feet and just a little stub of a tail. Wild colored individuals have a stripe down their back, which can sometimes be seen even in color mutations.
Diet
They can also be maintained on a diet of lab blocks, and rat or mouse mix, with bits of fruit or veggies regularly. Cheerios or wheat bread are great treats, in small quantities. Do NOT feed chocolate, fried foods, salted foods, candy or junk food! They may enjoy crickets and mealworms as treats, but never too many. Vitamins, like Nutri-Cal are a good addition to their diet, and added calcium during nursing and growth due to demands on their systems at those times, but take care not to overdo it. Water bottles are better then bowls, as these little guys love to dig in their bedding, and much of it seems to always end up in the bowl. Ceramic or stoneware food dishes work well for keeping seeds or fresh foods off the floor, and a wire mesh hopper that allows the hamsters to eat the lab blocks through without them falling is also a good idea.
Habitat
Dwarf hamsters are very communal little animals. They really need to have at least one constant companion, and the housing should be large enough to allow for this. Same sex pairs are fine, so long as they are introduced very young. Opposite pairs will also be okay, but remember that these little guys can, and will, breed as fast as mice!
When shopping for your Campbell’s, you can pretty much assume that if the cage is large enough for a big mouse, it will be large enough for your dwarf. They will thrive in a simple ten gallon tank, with a small wodent wheel to amuse them, and a wooden house to play on and chew. Pvc pipe tunnels, wooden ramps and structures, branches, rope swings, etc., will all keep your dwarves entertained when you can’t be with them.
Bedding should be aspen, paper based, or hay. Try to avoid using cedar or pine.
Special needs
Dwarf hamsters are relatively good first pets for mature owners, as they have very little in the way of special care. Just a draft free home with plenty of fresh food and water, and some chew toys, will keep them happy.
