How Would You Deal With Someone Who Lacks Motivation?
I have a younger brother who is 24 (I am 25), who is now living with me until he can “get on his feet”. I am being very stern with him in that he lacks motivation. How long would you give him to find a job and then his own place? Any insight is appreciated.

You just have to keep pushing him, and motivating him.
Or you should give him at least a month, and if he doesn’t
have a job by then threaten to kick him out!
You have to keep pushing him though!
Talk to him and stuff, tell him its not cool for him
to be just chillin around or going out all the
time…he’s a freakin adult now, hes not 19….
so tell him to buck up, and get his sh*t together
or hes out!
Thats awesome that he has you though…
at least he has somewhere to go
