I Am Trying To Figure Out How To Get A Benefit Dinner Organized. Who Do I Call? Do I Need A License For It? ?
My good friend was in the hospital for an aorta embolism, he doesn’t have any medical insurance. I want to organize a benefit spaghetti dinner for him. But I don’t know what to do or how to do it. I need help please. He will never be able to work again I have do this for him.

Try to find a place to hold the dinner and make sure if possible you can get it for free, try calling the fire department or a school (gym) or the police department. Then design the menu and try to hire some friends to cook and serve it to lower the cost. I think this is a very good idea. You do not need a liscence if this is an occasional event. Contact the hospital where your friend is at and find out ways to organize this benefit.
