I Don’t Know How To Plan My Career Path. What Goals/milestone Should I Set?
Studied 2 yrs of college in the IT field. Since then i mostly work in help desk & technical support position. I don’t see a career, just a job. How should I plan for my career? .. I hope to someday move into management and make lots of $$$ ..
Any advice?

Probably, you should look out for a management course part time or full time after gaining few years of experience. That will provide you a window to the kind of job you are looking forward to.
If you are interested in management you should get yourself a 4 year in business then an MBA. If you don’t see a career in what you are doing consider changing careers.
