I Found Out That I Have To Go To Anger Management And Counselling?
Okay, so I went to the doctors, and I won’t tell you what happened because it was pretty boring, but I found out that in order to get better, I have to take anger management and counselling.
I have no idea what they do in anger management or in counselling, so do you think you could help me out? What happens? What do you have to do? What do you have to talk about?

Normally anger management is in a group setting where everyone kind of vents and lets the others know what frustrates them and learns techniques on how to suppress their anger.
Counseling is just talking to someone about stuff you need to talk about like your day to day problems, relationships, work, finances. In the beginning you’ll probably be asked a lot of personal questions so the counselor can kind of figure you out and try to take the conversations to where they need to go so you can learn how to cope with the things that are bothering you. It’s not a big deal and can e enjoyable if you have the right counselor.
My late wife attended anger management yrs ago and there was a change in her personality and i would not say it was all for the best. It was a couple of yrs later that she got back to normal.I never thought she ever needed it as she was only made to go by the state because she slapped my daughter who was out of control at the time. My daughter out of anger called the Police and from that came the anger crap. The end result was my Daughter to this day is upset at her self for what she did and it had such a negative effect on her that she finds it extremely hard to discipline who own daughters. Call it a unusual case but i only know the end did not justify the cause.
Ive never expirenced that, but it can help. Even if it doesnt help, it cant hurt so why not. Dont feel weird or anything millions of people have probems like this.Youll be happy you did it when your better!
Good Luck:)
The goal is to find healthy ways to manage and express your feelings.
Make the best of it.
Congrats, Steph. I’m happy for you.
Both are to teach you other ways to view situations that get you angry and manage them.
