I Have A Short Fuse Sometimes, Do I Need Anger Management?

2

I don’t know what’s gotten into me lately. Today I got into a fight with a driver after she called me a racial slurr. Normally I would ignore this behavior by I reacted very fiercely and after that I went dark.
On other occassions, when I feel something really strong I let the other person know about it. I don’t know where this aggression is coming from, so should I consider anger management?

Its not healthy to keep it bottled up. Release anger is good for you. The driver you yelled at probably deserved it for saying the racial slur but still you cant take out your other bottled up anger on someone else. You need to find a way to clear your head when your angry, read a book, go for a walk/bike ride/drive , watch a funny movie, play a game, anything really.
