This is very common for guys who have a hard time using words to express themselves. It is easier to use your fist, than words like – what you are saying really hurts me. You have to remember that you don’t have a right to touch anyone – that includes your sister. If it was someone else – you might get arrested. You have some anger going on that needs to be addressed. Speak to a therapist that specializes in abuse and anger issues. You have pain inside and that is why you are so sensitive. If you are still in school, speak to a counsellor that can recommend the right path for you. Good for you for admitting that you need help and want to change.
Choking your sister is not okay, for any period of time. You need psychotherapy yesterday.
You need some serious mental health counseling–quick. Anger management issues never just “go away.” You need to learn how to control the stress and anger which bring on your rages before you do somebody some serious bodily harm.

Everyone has these problems, i meditate once and a while, it’s very relaxing and removes a lot of stress in my life that can lead to getting really angry. If you feel yourself getting pissed off then just leave the room and take a moment to calm down. i no its a cliche but violence is never the answer!
you need to lower anxiety.
Exercise, relax, eat healthy
Start punching a boxing bag everyday.
Years ago I had an anger problem because I thought no one understood what I was going through. I attended an anger management class for several weeks and it worked. There are numerous things that you can do but, one that I found helpful was counting to ten before losing my temper. By the time I got to ten I had time to think about the consequences. 1..2..3..Maybe I’ll hurt someone and be sorry 4..5..6 Maybe the Police will come and I’ll be in real trouble. 7..8..9 It’s not worth it. I also joined a gym and took it out on the punching bag.
I suggest you should take some anger management program. that could help you. and try walking away from an arguement and try to talk it later when you cool down.
