I M Looking For Activities/games On Positive Attitude For A Training Of Govt. Officials. Plz Help.?

i m a trainer in the government organization. my job is to train non-executive staff. being lower category staff such as clerks, etc., their motivation level is low. therefore, i m looking for some activities, which can be used for inculcating positive attitude in them.
