I Need A Copy Of A Va Anger Management Completion Certificate?
I completed the course here in Lexington Ky almost 2 years ago and now my probation office can not locate it. I either produce another or will probablly have to re-attend…can anyone help???

was it court ordered? the court should have a copy with your records, or go to the place you took the class, they should have a copy. But I think your best bet is to check with whatever agency required you to take it. They should have the appropriate documentation. Good luck!
Hey I I never thought that I would be so well equipped to answer your question but here goes (my fiance and I are at the VA hospital at-least once a month – he has a spinal injury but wen through ptsd there as well as rehab years ago). All of the VA hospitals have your records on computer database. You can call your local hospital and ask for the patient advocate. This person might also be the nurse on call for patient inquiries. Tell whomever you reach that you need this paperwork and why. They should be able to reproduce it for you or if not they will refer you to the hospital social worker. No matter what you do – stay calm but adamant that they must help you. Patience and perseverance are the key tools of working with VA hospitals.
Can you not go to the course organiser and ask them for a copy? Even if they did not keep one they could surely confirm the dates that you attended the course.
