I Need A Good Goal Line Defense Set To Run In My Flag Football League?
Its a mixed league so we have to have 2-3 girls on the feild for every play. It’s also a pass intensive league. Any ideas?

I play flag too and it is hard to run a zone down inside the 5 the key is to match up everybody that means have the women match up on the other women and have everybody else jam at the line. Walk you linebackers up too that way anything sneaking up the middle will be handled.
Have the females on your team flash the opposing quarterback right before the snap. Even if the girls aren’t that good looking, a little boob action will distract him long enough to get the sack
No just create some mismatches in the defense or even some pick plays and create space. Should work every time.
