I Need Help Setting Goals To Finish P90x. How Do You Set Goals?
. I read some where that writing down goals in the present tense works best.
- I wake up every morning at 7:00 AM to finish an hour of P90X
- I stick to my diet
- I am 8% body fat
Is this written out the right way for goal setting?

Looks good to me, honestly anytime you write it down is extremely helpful, I would suggest another thing. That would be to get a calendar and track your workouts on it, as well as your diet for that day. Beachbody has this system online and you can do everything from track your workouts and diet to finding a “Success Buddie” and workout together “virtually”.
