I Need Some Ideas For Fitness Goals?
I’m not too sure what goals to set for this year. I’ve been body building for years, and the goals I usually set where things along the lines of adding mass, being able to do a certain amount of reps and what not. I’ve reached my genetic potential so adding more mass is rather unrealistic.
I’m 46, and I’m starting to think along the lines of doing a triathlon or something like that? I do find the running is getting harder on my knees though.
Any ideas are appreciated

If you’re serious about a completing a triathlon start working on your swimming. I takes a lot more effort and coordination then the running or cycling, and is the best way to reduce your overall time if you can hang with the front of the pack. in the water.
If you have knee issues, go swimathon’ing .. there are loads of places that do this sort of stuff, often it’s easier to find it through checking out charity websites for what people are being sponsored for. Swimming is great for fitness and ease of motion .. and whilst ur mass will give you resistance, your muscles might make those strokes a bit easier!
You can regularly do jogging instead of running and play fabulous games like football or tennis to remove stiffness from your knee. Furthermore you can take fitness supplements to improve your fitness quickly.http://www.proteinstop.co.uk/
