I Think I Need Anger Management?
Okay so i got mad cuz i reported somebodys comment on yahoo mainly because i spent forever trying to find the answer to a question and they had some of the same things i did and they just added a little more i got mad and reported it…i feel bad…do you think i need anger management?

Being occasionally angry is normal. That was however not a normal response to the situation. If you get mad about a lot of things pretty much every day see a doctor before going into anger management. They should first check to see if there is something out of wack in your body. Also, depression can cause anger. So a trip to the doctor is a good idea if the anger is frequent and out of proportion to the situation or even totally inappropriate.
