I Watched Extreme Makeover The Other Day And Could Use Some Advice On Self Improvement?

Lately I feel really unattractive and out of shape. Kind of hopeless. Does anyone have advice for me to turn my life around?

Start a workout routine. Exercise stimulates various brain chemicals, which may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. You’ll also look better and feel better when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Exercise even reduces feelings of depression and anxiety.
Also call over a good friend and tell them to make you over! Just a new hair cut will work!!

start working our regularly. it will make you feel more in-shape and it will make you happier (endorphins are released when you work out, which improves your happiness level).
if you aren’t motivated to work out, sign up for some workout classes (yoga, aerobics, water aerobics) and workout with friends! it will make it more fun.
also, try getting a fresh haircut. that always makes me feel made over and more confident :)
