if i already have a library and i want to organized it to fit the people in the community how to i do it. i mean in terms of arranging the books, the seats and the library environment.

You could try polling people in the area to see what interests and lifestyles are prevalent there and then arrange your books according to those subjects. Most libraries just use the Dewy Decimal system, though, so that anyone who walks in can find something.

If I were in your shoes, I would arrange an open forum where people from the community can come to the library and there can be a discussion of how they would like to see it set up. Take some of their ideas and mix them with some of your own and, voila, your library is open.

not exactly sure but why not go to a local library that’s already open and take notes of how they are organized? That’s what I would do. Or talk to someone there.
