If I Start Attending A Gym,maybe 3 Times Per Week,would That Help Me With My Anger Management Problems?

I was thinking of a full-body workout 3 days per week,or perhaps some swimming?What do you think?

depends on the exercise. a punching bag is an awesome thing, it relives stress, anger, and is a great work out to boot!

it might…but i would recommend sex for your anger management…although going to the gym seems to stunt my sex drive..so one or the other i guess

Well, yes. Any activity that you raise the heart rate for a period of time will reduce stress not only psychologically but also physically. Basically you’re draining your anger sort of speak. If you suplement with a B-Complex it can help your mood swings as well. So long as you are not on any medication that would make B-complex a contraindication. If you are taking a med. please consult your physician before supplementing with it. Good Luck.
