You can’t move out of state while you’re on probation without the permission of the court and the state you want to move into. Most courts won’t approve a transfer before you finish the programs, especially anger management type treatment.

You would have to contact the court in question or probation department of the area where you got in trouble. They are the only one that can give you 100% correct answer….
