I go from zero to a hundred in no time flat and find myself hard to calm down afterwards. I get so mad, so angry so fast that I find myself shaking. Whats a good way to calm down stop this urge to scream and punch a wall?

Do your best to look at it from their angle. I used to be the way you are, and I really forced myself to see the other side of the argument. Once I did, I found it impossible to be as angry as I had been before hand. Take as much time as you need- walk away from it and tackle the problem later.

Talk to someone.
My anger has been out of control for 3 years now. Just last week I threw my fist through the wall.
I am seeing a psycologist. There are alot of things from my past that I never moved on from…. I have done things I regret and have unresolved guilt….These can manifest into anger..
Talking to a proffessional is really actually helping me……

1. Take deep breaths
2. Scream in a pillow
3. Go to a diary wright out your problems
I go off like a firecracker to that usually helps me
