Is It Plausible To Set A Goal To Lose 25 Pounds In 4 Months?

I’m 20 years old, 5’3 and 150 pounds, so a little overweight. I’m starting to go to the gym 7 days a week doing 45 minutes of cardio every day (at least 80% of my normal heartrate the whole time) and I’m alternating days for doing weights for my upper body and lower body. I want to set a long term goal, but I want to make sure this is realistic so I wont be disappointed.

yes it is…ive almost done it..i started weight watchers the middle of june and by now…ive lost 21 pounds

Yeah it sounds pretty realistic, but i am not a professional. make sure you are dieting, otherwise you will go nowhere!
