The dept of E. is responsible for making sure we have a source of nuclear material for nuclear weapons. They are doing a poor job of this. The other stuff is B.S.
Carter created the department of energy with a simple goal” reduce our dependence on foreign oil”. After all the billions spent on the department we import more oil than ever. The liberals refuse to allow more drilling and they refuse to use our hundreds of years supply of coal. They drove the price of oil from $3 per barrel to a hundred. A total failure that increased the cost of everything several times over.
this dept has been a waste of taxpayer dollars. i’m tired of paying for nothing.
more regulation, un-funded mandates and no results are what are produced by the DOE.
It is unconstitutional The government should fire everybody close it down and donate for a
homeless shelter.
