Is 21 years old too young? I know someone who is 21 and I think needs anger management and they agreed, but later got angry for me suggesting it because they are ‘too young’…. Opinions???

21 is definitely not too young. Most people actually start much younger. If you’re 21 and still haven’t learned to manage your anger, then you got a real problem. I’m 20 and I’m only recently getting it resolved after a lifetime of anger problems. Whoever said they’re too young is only making excuses.

no..anyone at any age can have anger management, it’s just it is less common as you get older. but 21 years is just about the right time for a person to have anger management, hell, some 12 year olds have it..
