Is There Free Anger Management Classes?
am a 17 year old male and I have a ferocious and explosive temper. I cannot control it at all and my dad said that if I have another rage that he is kicking me out. Money isn’t one of the things that we have a lot of. Is there free anger management classes for people that do not have a lot of money?

Contact county mental health department. Their classes are offered on a sliding scale based on your income. You are a great person for being aware and wanting to take care of yourself!! Best wishes.
it sounds hokey, but try counting to ten, slowly, when you are getting upset- I have issues with my patience and it doesn’t work all the time, but it is what I am trying to do
