It suggests that stress has a greater impact on our physical health than we give it credit for. High blood pressure, ulcers, lack of sleep, etc. are all exacerbated by stress. If people with more positive attitudes experience less stress, perhaps it allows them to avoid these negative effects.

It’s all in your mind man.
It’s a fact.. because people who keep positive attitudes don’t believe that they will end up getting sicker( when they get sick) and die… While people who have bad attitudes think that their world is going to end, when they get sick, and there’s nothing they can do about it,
Law of attraction my friend, life will give you what you want. Your thoughts are powerful. If you keep putting out to the world negativity, then that’s exactly what you’re going to get back because well that’s what the universe thinks you want…You get what you put out…
Your “outer” world is a reflection of your “inner” world. What happens within happens without…

Negative, dark thoughts lead to stress. Stress leads to wear and tear. This is physical. And it leads to aging.
It is important to understand the intimate connection between the psychological and spiritual aspects of a person and her physical body.
