Motivation Tips? For Those Of Us Who Need Help Getting Motivated?

I need motivation tips. There are many things I should be doing (eating healthy, exercising, studying, cleaning, etc) but I lack the motivation.
I can work up the motivation to do something one day, but that’s it, then it fades.
How do you get/keep yourself motivated?

For me I bought a dress that is the size I want to be in by the time our cruise is. I am on my way to it, so I get up and see it every morning as a reminder of what I want. I also see it when I get ready for bed, so that helps me to set my alarm so I can get up and hit the gym before work.
I also have my “skinny” pictures up on the fridge. So, those help me to not just come in and look for something.
My motivation at the gym is my music. I just go with the beat and next thing you know… 45 minutes gone! LOL
Last, my motivation also comes from my scale. I got on this weekend and I was down another 2 lbs! So, that totals me at 17 lbs so far. Knowing that I am loosing weight is another motivation to keep at it and not load up on the junk.

Here are some tips to get that motivation happening
Acknowledgement – Acknowledge you are in a better position than your opposition if any, never think anyone or anybody is better than you regardless of the situation. Putting yourself in charge means you are giving yourself the opportunity to take responsibility and action.
Activate – Activate your mind to allow for positive affirmations and surroundings that will keep you above and lifting your motivation higher, allow yourself to be surrounded by other likeminded people who can support you.
Charge – Be the person to be in charge of you and you only, do not let others dictate or sabotage your needs for success, blockade negative people who do not present benefit and support for you.
Reassess – Reassess where you are now and where you want to go, remembering that there is always room for improvement no matter what the circumstance or situation that arises?

You just have to do it. Make it your job. You won’t like it at first but you just have to push yourself and you’ll get more into it.
Listen to your idop/mp3/zune.
Do an exercise that’s fun to you! Like dancing yoga soccer whatever…
Find a workout buddy!
Go on nature walks.
DO NOT LOOK AT THE CLOCK! It kills.

I think about how great my body/muscles will look after I work out.
