Write down the ten aspects shown in Step 1 in order from 1 to 10 where 1 is what you want to be most important/valuable things in your life. Title it: “I am becoming this.

Next, write down the aspects in order of what they currently are in your life. Title this list: “I am this.” Set this list aside but in a safe place, we’ll use the “I am becoming this.” list from now until later.
