Setting Goals, Why Writing Them Is Important?

1

Why do you believe writing goals is important?
I also was wondering, since I don’t have the best writing and don’t want to carry normal piece of paper around with me and post everywhere, could I TYPE them in Microsoft Word and print them out in huge font? Thanks!!!

Writing something down serves two purposes: 1) It helps with memory retention by allowing you to see, write and record the information for yourself, as opposed to reading someone else’s thoughts. 2) When you write something down that is unique to you, you have a tendency to refer to it more often because it becomes yours.
Both of these are well proven facts, as noted by the fact that ancient kings of Israel were commanded to ” write the law and keep it as a templet upon their foreheads” which simply said that they were to remember the law and use it in everyday life. But the principle is the same with personal goals.
