Should I ask my GP for advice on how to choose a psychologist?
I have a doctor’s appointment soon and I wanted to know what kind of questions should I ask my GP to find me a good psychologist. I’m looking for a psychologist to help with stress management + Panic Attacks.

You can ask your GP if you trust his/her judgement, you can also call the Professional Order of Psychologists in your area yourself and ask to be referred to a psychologist who specializes in anxiety.
