Last year, I had great grades, managed my homework, and kept everything organized. I was a hard worker who strove for the best.

i’ve been playing bass for 2 years now and i started smoking weed about a year ago. its my ambition in life to be in a famous band and make it big but weed is getting in the way of that cause i don’t have any motivation to play bass anymore or to do anything.

I don’t understand why I cant feel happy. I mean I did the right thing to my boyfriend. I told someone he wanted to kill himself. I saved his life. But at the same time I can not find a way to be happy. Parents, family, friends, teachers, Adults…. nothing is working. Maybe I am just still shaken up about the whole situation. i use to smile and laugh all the time. And now, I feel more pessimistic and my personality is cold. I think it had to do with disappointments in my life, betrayals from friends and boyfriends, as well spending a lot of time alone bc of my school/work. AND because I have thought about life more. Maybe have done too much thinking.
How can I be happy again?! Do I need to fake it and make an effort to be happy? I want to be naturally happy as before.

Last year I lost 20 pounds. It was so hard and took so long! I put all the weight back on very quickly. Now I’m about 25 pounds overweight. I can’t find the motivation to start again. Any ideas? please help!

It took us 15 months to conceive our beautiful daughter! It was and still is unexplained as to why it took a young healthy couple that long to conceive. We even had my husbands little swimmers tested and they are above average quality actually. I was tested for everything that could cause a problem and I was free and clear of any problems, thank god.
It took us 5 months to conceive the second time but I had a chemical pregnancy and miscarried at 5 weeks 2 days.
So my question is:
How do I go into TTC again with a fresh out look and positive attitude. Right now all I can think of is not getting pregnant for another 9 years or getting pregnant and having another miscarriage or it taking forever only to have a miscarriage! I am not ready to give up, but im also feeling really hopeless, anxious and a little nervous!
HELP! I know a lot of women on here have felt this way, how did you move on and look toward the future?
