Its getting scary not being able to trust myself. Whether it be losing weight, becoming healthy, drinking less alcohol or even just staying organized, i cant stick to it. Does anyone have this problem? I mean seriously every single day ill write out exactly what i want to do and I wont stick to it or ill write out a plan for everything and I WONT stick to it. Iv tried not writing it down and just “doing” it and still I dont know what happens. Its like I dont realize how important the goal is once I get to that important part.THe next day I wake up I feel like HELL and the cycle starts over.Iv gained about 60 pounds over the past couple of years, i drink alcohol at least four nights a week and i eat unhealthy foods constantly. I need HELP sticking to a goal. I dont want to seek help, i want to do this myself. I know I can, iv done it before but i just need to find that one thing that pushes me. I dont want to wait until I end up in the hospital from some serious health problem. I want to wake up everyday and be happy its a new day. Instead I wake up every day waiting for the next.
