well i am 13. and i have anger promblems. because it feels like it. like for instance today. i made a sandwichdwich and dropped it. i got so mad that i wanted to just start ripping up the sandwich. i almost did. but i caught myself and just picked it up and threw it away.
and another time was when i was little. brememberember the event clearly. i was just in my room when my mom grounded me. i got so mad that i tore up my whole room.
when i get mad i am sort of like the hulk.lol. i just want to scream and yell and punch someone. and i need advice of how to get over this. can you give me some advice?
and don’t tell me to see a doctor or get meds. cause to do that i would have to tell my parents. and right now there already struggling with my brother. so i would rather keep this to myself. my brother also has an aproblemmblem and his temper is worse. what i think he does. he just punches and throws and yells. and he’s 16! so he usually takes it out on me. and right now my parents are busy with him. so i would rather handle this my self.
so what should i do? please help!

I have a misdemeanor charge against me and I’m doing everything that the court ordered me to. I’m currently attending anger management I’m about half-way done, but I’m worried that my due date will arrive just before I finish up my 6 months? Can’t I request an extension and will the judge have mercy seeing that I am attending and trying or will he just say oh well you didn’t finish in time and lock me up?
Thanks Christi! :)

I’m a 15 year old male, that gets angry fast, and for everything. And people at school always say that I always have a pissed off look, and I really have a strong hatred against my bad because of the way he is with my mom and me, and I just hate him.

And I always like using violence for everything. I really wanna stop getting angry for everything, or getting mad at everyone.

What can I do?
