Angry

I’m a 15 year old male, that gets angry fast, and for everything. And people at school always say that I always have a pissed off look, and I really have a strong hatred against my bad because of the way he is with my mom and me, and I just hate him.

And I always like using violence for everything. I really wanna stop getting angry for everything, or getting mad at everyone.

What can I do?

i think i’ve always had anger management issues. when i get angry, i usually yell at somebody, then cry about it ’cause i feel guilty later. sometimes, though, i snap. like, i throw things, and i don’t really realize what i’m doing and when i do realize it, it just makes me angrier because i start to feel guilty and i get defensive because i think i’ve got nothing to be guilty about.

i looked anger management up and it says to figure out why you’re angry. well, what if you’re getting pissed over little things and then you explode? and it’s irrational, but the only reason you can think of for being so angry is that little reason but you know there’s gotta be something else? so how would you figure out the REAL reason for this irrational behavior?

i know this is long, i just wanna figure out why i get so angry so easily and then take care of it from there.

I’ve been working at a local restaurant for a little over a year now. It seems that no matter what I do or how hard I work, people get mad at me. I treat everyone the same, I give them no special treatment, and I don’t talk about any of them behind their backs. It was just brought to my attention 2 girls were upset by the fact that I always seem happy. Could this be true of the other girls and if so why?

Hell yeah it would.. that is about like having to pay for D.U.I classes after you already got a lawyer and fines for over $3,800 and then you had to do a few days in jail and PAY $30 a day to go to jail and they took it out of your wallet and then having to pay $250 for each DUI class and having to have to take six of them… So, just for getting a D.U.I. it costs my fiancee over $6,000, ten days in jail, 80 hours of community service and lost his license for a year… and he only drunk six beers.. i know he deserved some if it, but paying for DUI classes and still losing your license.. that doesn’t make any sense..
why can’t they just make him pay for a breathilyzer and put in his truck and everytime he starts it, he would have to blow in it..?? oh yeah, when he gets his license back they are going to do that!!! West Virginia is such a money racket state. I could see if he was really drunk, but he drinks everyday cause he is a boss/main driller on a drilling rig and they all drink and he works 12 hours a day and 7 days a week!!
___________
SO, hell yeah i would be p,i,s,sed off if i had to pay for those classes….

Many people will become upset with what they feel an attempt to “fix” their flaws. No one wants to acknowledge their issues and the way that angry people deal with their feelings and emotions is with anger. Anyone who tries to tell an angry or narcissistic person what to do or how to do it will increase the level of anger… however, that is a step that is necessary to learn to deal with emotions in a more productive way.
