I moved back to my hometown a few months ago and have completely lost my motivation to work out. Before, I was working out 5 days a week – cardio and weights. I have access to a treadmill where I live now and my regular cardio machine (elliptical trainer) is currently in a storage facility. I will get it back in December.
How can I gain back my motivation to exercise for the next few months?

I used to work tons. But… I moved out of my dorm, got a serious infection and my daily tasks went out the door. A month later, I’d like to go back to the old cycle, to study and work. I still have some pain but with serious motivation and focus I might be able to do it. Any suggestions to help me with this?

Classes are getting harder, and I’ve already completed around 60 credit hours at the end of this semester. I’m supposed to be applying to my major’s course program this fall, but I’m just lacking motivation, feeling kinda burnt out, especially knowing that I still have about 2 1/2 years to go. How do I stay motivated?

I was working for a while at an okay job but got laid off because of winter weather. I’ve have not been working for about a month and I am having trouble getting the motivation to get up and work at a new job. How do I get the motivation to work again? How to I get more energy and motivation for life? I am healthy, eat my vitamins, workout 3 days a week, drink coffee, limit alcohol to weekends. Seem to do everything right. I’ve spoken to a doctor and its not depression.
