I tend to get a little over dramatic if one bad thing happens. I hate to bring my whole family down like this. Everyone tries to make me feel better but I just come up with a negetive reply every time they try to cheer me up. I don’t get me! Please help me deal with this. I have a bachelors degree in Anthropology plus graduate level course course work. I am interested in pursuing a counseling degree (either family therapy or transpersonal psychology). I would love to concentrate on stress management and would consider my forte to be Jungian.
