I used to really like this guy. I felt everything was wrong with me and I needed to change to get him to like me back. It used to be everywhere I looked, there were always prettier girls, or more athletic girls, well you get the idea. I used to put myself down a lot. I figured it would all change when I got over him. Now I am over him and I put myself down even worse. I have a horrible self esteem. I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help!

Or is he basing his Systems Theory solely on Evolutionary theory?
I am studying Family Theory. I am looking for clarification or other thoughts on this particular theory.
Note that I did not say that I subscribe to evolution of man, I am questioning the basic assumption of this theory which is based on another theory.

I’m in middle school, and I seriously stink at managing my time…but I’m great at procrastinating! It takes me so long to do my homework, and when I have to study for a test I usually go to bed around 11:00. help!!!!!!
this isn’t about procrastinating on, say, doing the dishes, cleaning up my desk, etc. I’m just bad at managing my time for homework and I end up going to bed later than I should (10:30-11:00)…and I want to be tall.
It’s just hard to ‘work faster.’ sank you!!!
and…I use a planner…so that’s not the problem.

I have a lot of books I need to finish reading, but in my free time I end up doing all sorts of other things, mostly wasteful. I used to be more organized as far as not letting things distract me. Now I just say “when I get around to it” I will do this and that, but the list keeps getting longer without so much getting done. Any tips?
