I seem to be lacking both and I’m just curious about what it is that keeps people from getting bogged down, what keeps them going besides simply their responsibilities and commitments.

I work with a youth group that is incredibly negative towards each other. They insult and isolate each other and I feel that it is very cruel. I want them to get to a place where they are loving and speak to each other in love. I’m hoping that they can become accepting to different types of people regardless of they look or speak.
So I’m looking for exercises they can do that will cultivate positive views towards each other and towards themselves.
