Specifically, I’d like to find something that includes recovery of your self image and self esteem after rape and sexual abuse. I can’t seem to stop dieting and hating my body since then, and I could use a little help. It’s ridiculous because I’ve been in therapy and on anti anxiety medications, but none of that has “cured” me and I still feel such loathing for myself. Something, anything would be appreciated. Thanks.
