Some of my friends and acquaintances have told me that I really need to go because I explode on contact pretty much. I don’t think that I have an anger problem, I am just not as pleasant as I was before certain things happened in my life. If I do decide to take their advice, what can I look forward to happening there?

I am an easly stressed person and I seem to lash out verbibly twards my children and husband alot. I’m wondering if anger management maybe the best route to help me with my yelling and being mad all the time over the “little things”. any advice?

I am a 17 year old male and I have a ferocious and explosive temper. I cannot control it at all and my dad said that if I have another rage that he is kicking me out. Money isn’t one of the things that we have a lot of. Is there free anger management classes for people that do not have a lot of money?
