My thoughts get very cloudy and I have to struggle to get out what I want to say. Whatever I do get out however, is rather cluttered and disorganized. I’ve listened to myself speak and I’ve managed to put myself asleep!

Whenever I’m not speaking however, I can express myself fine through thinking, writing, etc. It’s rather frustrating because I can hardly keep a good conversation going for more than a few seconds without boring the other person to death. Is there some way to fix this?
