My husband and I both volunteered to take anger management classes on our own. I am really, REALLY nervous about going, and feel less of a person having to rely on someone else to tell me how to live my life. Has anyone taken these kind of classes before? What was your experience with it?

I have been doing anger management classes as part of my sentence for ABH. I find the classes a joke as people are saying what they think the tutors want to hear. I know I have to do them but they really are a bit of a joke and a waste of time and money.
Maybe it’s just where I am doing it but I don’t see the point at all.

This may sound nerdy but before school starts I always like to have a lot of organizational tools ready – and I find it kind of fun to go buy notebooks etc. LOL Ok I said I know it is nerdy….but any way…I was wondering what other organized people like to use for really heavy duty courses that will require a lot of paper work, etc.? If you could provide any links that’d be great.
