I understand the vagueness of this question but please elaborate. I am trying to get an understanding of what kind of problems (particularly ones puting life and limb at risk) a person would be experiencing living in a city with a good mix of organized crime activity.

Therapy has done nothing for me, because it only really teaches me to deal with feelings from the past, not feelings that I may feel in the future. When I get angry, I just hit the wall – both metaphorically and sometimes, literally. I’ve done severe damage to things, and minor damage to a few people, due to my anger.

I’ve never had any charges brought against me because of it, and the only people I know who have taken the classes have. My question is, can you enroll in anger management classes even if you’ve never had any kind of charge brought against you because of your anger?

Do other countries have organized gangs like this?
