This is an effective strategy that is so simple it tends to be forgotten.
On Monday morning, before you start make a list of 10 tasks
Tuesday make the list of ten again with the items that were not accomplished yesterday.
Continue this process till Friday.
If there is still stuff from Monday, forget them they weren’t that important.

I have set a goal to loose 20 lbs in 100 days. I weigh 160 lbs and i’m 5 ’8. I was wondering how many days out of the week i should excersize and what kind of excersizes i should do each day. I have a gym membership as well which is helpful. What cardio and weight training excersizes should i do?
