during the day. Like housework and keeping your papers organized. It’s all boring and takes too long. I hate it. I even hate stuff like taking care of my nails or putting on makeup. I feel like I’m being immature. How can I get make myself more motivated to do it and do it right? If you enjoy these things, what do you enjoy about them?

I need help getting on with ordinary things in my life. I seem to have no problem getting on the computer, this is my escape. I would really appreciate any helpful hints to get me motivated to get my house cleaned and organized. On my days off, I seem to wake up with the good intentions about housework, then the thought fizzles away and another day off has been completely wasted. I hope someone can offer some suggestions, tips and even websites I can get further information from. Thanks!

On top of that I work 30 hours a week, take 11 credits in school, take care of my mom. The only TIME I have free is one day a week, and other days I work 2 – 9pm class in the morn.

i am a naturally very unorganized person.
i am also naturally lazy.
i always have trouble keeping my papers and notebooks and folders together, because at the end of classes i’m always in a rush to get out of the room and to my next class.
and when i actually do have my stuff together, such as assignments, i always end up procrastinating, forgetting to do them, being too busy to do them, or just not doing them in the first place.
is there any way i can stay organized and get my homework done?!

I’m going to be a sophomore, I get good grades (A’s and B’s), but I tend to procrastinate and end up doing my homework at the last minute. Last year I wasn’t as organized as I’d like to have been, and I sometimes got stressed. This year I’m also planning on joining winter and spring track. Any tips on how to be more organized, stop procrastinating and being lazy, getting work done, and making room for some free time and lessening stress? I’d like to get straight A’s all year and still be able to balance track and other activities. How could I do that best?
