when i play video games and i lose or when something doesnt go the way i expected, sometimes i would get mad and slam or throw my xbox 360 wireless controller down on the carpet floor or the wall. once i threw it on the floor and it bounced up and hit my lcd tv screen, luckily it didnt crack or anything. so after that, i threw it to the side. it would bounce up and hit the wall and make some scratches on the controller. this happens mostly when i play sports games. is this normal towards people or is it only me? do i need anger management classes?
