I tend to procrastinate a lot, and I think it’s starting to somewhat affect my grades. Can anyone tell me some good time management techniques? I’ve also heard that procrastination is more common in pre-20 year olds, because the frontal lobe is not fully developed, and thus we find tasks such as time organizing harder then for an adult.

Is Someone Who Has Abused Me Twice In Six Years And Is Taking Anger Management…will It Be Effective?
I have been with my b/f for six years now and he has hit me once or twice in six years. I’m afraid I can’t get over what happened, but he has been willing to get help. He is going to anger management group at a local church and says the really wants to make a change in his life. I’m struggling with this thought: Is there hope he can change? He admitted that he was wrong and has a problem with anger. I am looking for hope that our relationship can move forward and this won’t have to be the end. I believe people can change, but I have found nothing positive about the abuser changing his behavior. This has only happened twice in the heat of a bad arugment. I know other cases people have are much worse. Any thoughts and comments would be appreciated.

I am writing a proposal essay on the media’s effect on self-esteem in teenage girls for my college-course Writing class. I need cost effective methods to help raise teenage girl’s self-esteem levels. Detail, please (unless I can find info on google, I keep looking and I’m finding jack squat besides self-help books and that won’t do me any good): how cost effective the methods are, how to implement them, and how feasible they are.
Thanks!

I’ve noticed recently, i have a serious anger problem. I get irritated, annoyed, frustrated, and cant seem to control my anger, esp, towards my boyfriend. I tried a few methods, such as breathing in and out, concentrating on something else, trying to look at the problem/situation in a positive way, but it doesnt work. I dont want any yoga advices, or therapy/go see the shrinker advices. Are there any methods for MYSELF to lessen this problem??
