Everyone says attitude is everything, and I agree, but how long can you keep it up? If everyday you are repeating confirmations and putting in effort to be positive, eventually the truth of how you feel about things will come out one way or another, putting you back where you are. I think the only way to change your attitude is to change your situation, then your attitude will change naturally.

Sometimes you wish you were like people who all they care about is just hanging out with each other and having a good time?
But, unfortunately, I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t have something to do, somewhere to go, something to learn. Just, sometimes, it’s exhausting to try to fulfill all the goals you’ve set and a little dissapointing when things you’ve worked for don’t work out how you had planned.
Ever wish you could just be “care-free?”

There are probably thousands and thousands of self-help books out there ranging from weight-loss to stress management to how to work better, love better, live better, and everything inbetween. Often, people will read through these books, and then go on about their lives as usual, with nothing having changed. I am curious to know if anyone has ever experienced a change in their life that resulted from reading/applying information from a self-help book. What book was it? Tell me about your experience.

You can talk to an atheist about anything but mention God and you just became an idiot. They rant and rave how stupid Christians are, plus an avalanche of hatred pours out of them toward this being they know beyond a shadow of doubt doesn’t exist. Does their hatred and anger make sense to you or do you think maybe God has given them a mental illness?
